Abstract

The global supply chain industry faces challenges of transparency, trust, and traceability. This study introduces a blockchain-enhanced supply chain model aimed at providing real-time visibility and immutable record-keeping across the entire logistics network. Smart contracts automate key transactions, while distributed ledger technology ensures data integrity and auditability. Field trials with industry partners show a 25% improvement in transaction accuracy and a 40% reduction in manual verification processes. This paper highlights blockchain's potential to revolutionize supply chain efficiency, ensuring secure and transparent operations.
